Homotopy type results for maps with weakly sequentially closed graphs (English)

The author proves fixed point results for multivalued maps with weakly sequentially closed graphs acting on a convex weakly compact subset of a locally convex linear topological space and having convex weakly compact values. Additionally, he considers essential maps of such type (a map is essential if all maps equal to it on the boundary of the domain have fixed points) and proves a kind of Leray-Schauder nonlinear alternative.
