Pythagorean hodograph curves: a survey of recent advances (English)
0 references
The authors have tried to summarize the recent developments (from the last three years) on Pythagorean hodograph curves (PH-curves). This research was done by the authors, from three directions: polynomials PH-curves; rational PH-curves and Hermite interpolation by PH-curves over Euclidean and Minkowski plane or space. The PH-curves have been introduced by Farouki and Sakkalis in 1990. The paper continues work of Farouki, who published in 2008 a paper over recent results on PH-curves.
