The authors establish that each future (resp. past) non-space-like cut locus on a connected, simply-connected Lorentzian symmetric space must coincide with the first future (resp. past) non-space-like conjugate locus. Using the classification of all such symmetric spaces, the authors prove their result on a case-by-case basis.
