In the present paper, the author presents all pull-back transformations to Heun equations by using Gauss hypergeometric equations with Liouvillian solutions and a continuous parameter. Also established are the Liouvillian solutions of Heun's equations that are pull-backs of the parametric hypergeometric equations with cyclic or dihedral monodromy groups. Results are new and interesting in the theory of special functions.
