The main purpose of this paper is to develop the basic theory for the dual Orlicz \(L_{\phi}\) affine and geominimal surface areas of star bodies, that generalizes the standard \(L_p\) Brunn-Minkowski theory. The author establishes basic properties of these new affine invariants and obtains related Orlicz affine isoperimetric, cyclic, Santaló type and Alexandrov-Fenchel type inequalities.
