The paper considers an existence of weak solutions to the Kolmogorov-Vicsek models and their uniquness. These models provides a kinetic description of the Brownian motion on a sphere under conditions of orientational interactions stated by the collision integral with a non-local kernel, which is associated with the flux, or by the local momentun. Since the mean-field force term depends within the considered model on as a ratio of this flux/momentum to its absolute value, the zero flux/momentum should be excluded that results in the consideration of weak solution. The main result of this work is namely the proof of global existence of a weak solution and its uniqueness for periodic spatial domains.
