Summary: Let \(A\) be a finite dimensional algebra over an algebraic closed field \(k\). In this note, we will show that if \(T\) is a separating and splitting tilting \(A\)-module, then \(\tau\)-complexities of \(A\) and \(B\) are equal, where \(B = \text{End}_A(T)\).
