The work presents a simplified model for the production of the antibiotic subtilin based on the reduction of the 5 variable model, which connects principal internal regulations in \textit{Bacillus subtilis}, its population and the nutrient concentrations. This reduction is based on the observations that the time dynamics of the population and nutrients is sufficiently less fluctuating in comparison with the factors controlling gene expressions and the direct subtilin production. Thus, steady state approximation has been applied. The resulting model hybridizes dynamical (with respect to 3 variables) and stochastic (with respect to 2 states of the control parameter). In addition to extensive simulations of the system, which are clearly illustrated, the statistics is additionally discussed via the study of the corresponding Fokker-Plank equation.
