The authors obtain gradient estimates for positive solutions to the semilinear parabolic equation NEWLINE\[NEWLINE \partial_tu=\Delta u+cu^{-\alpha} NEWLINE\]NEWLINE under general geometric flow on complete noncompact manifolds, where \(\alpha>0\) and \(c\) are constants. As application, the corresponding Harnack inequality is given.
