Star covering properties in paracompact and paralindelöf spaces (Q326919)

Summary: For a topological property \(P\), we say that a topological space \(X\) is star \(P\) if for every open cover \(\mathcal{U}\) of the space, there exists \(Y\subseteq X\) such that \(Y\) has the property \(P\) and \(st(Y, \mathcal{U})=X\). We study the relationship of star paracompact and star paralindelöf properties with other Lindelöf type properties and investicate topological properties of star paracompact and star paralindelöf spaces.
