In this paper, the authors prove that the Cauchy problem for a second order Petrovskii parabolic system with bounded and continuous coefficients that are Dini continuous with respect to \(x\) has a unique classical solution in the Tikhonov class. No additional smoothness assumptions are made about the derivatives of the solution.
