    In this paper the authors prove that deformations of a coisotropic submanifold inside a fibrewise entire Poisson manifold are controlled by the \(L_\infty \)-algebra introduced by \textit{Y.-G. Oh} and \textit{J.-S. Park} [Invent. Math. 161, No. 2, 287--360 (2005; Zbl 1081.53066)] for the symplectic case and \textit{A. S. Cattaneo} and \textit{G. Felder} [Adv. Math. 208, No. 2, 521--548 (2007; Zbl 1106.53060) for arbitrary coisotropic submanifolds of Poisson manifolds. Also, they show that the problem of deforming simultaneously the Poisson structure and the coisotropic submanifold is formally obstructed.
