Impulsive cellular neural networks with time-varying and distributed delays are studied. The authors find sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the trivial equilibrium point of such networks. Global exponential stability of the trivial equilibrium point is proved by means of fixed point theory. An example illustrating the obtained theoretical results is presented as well.
