The authors points out that the proof of Theorem 3.8 in the paper cited in the title [\textit{K. I. Noor}, Math. Comput. Modelling 55, No. 3--4, 844--852 (2012; Zbl 1255.30022)] is wrong and they conjecture that the conclusion of this theorem in the paper only holds true for the case \(k=2\).
