This paper discusses the small oscillations and eigenoscillations of hydrodynamical systems with respect to gravitational and capillary forces. Mathematical notations, definitions are developed and a solution scheme is derived for its solution and convergence. The stability of the problem is also dealt with proofs. No numerical experiments are presented for illustration.
