On the Buchstaber invariant of simple convex 3-polytopes (Q379897)

The main contribution of the paper under review is to determine the Buchstaber invariants of all simple convex 3-polytopes without the use of the Four-Color theorem. The author of the paper gives a method of constructing characteristic matrices on simple convex 3-polytopes, which is also applied to give a simple proof of the Five-Color theorem.
