In this paper, the author considers the existence and uniqueness of a new system of generalized nonlinear variational-like inclusions, as well as the fixed points of a nearly uniformly Lipschitzian mapping, by the resolvent operator technique. Also, the author discusses the convergence and stability of some new iterative algorithm.
