By using the Kreiss \(L^2\)-correctness technique, it is shown that a Chapman correct restriction of the following two initial boundary problems exists: {\parindent=0.7cm\begin{itemize}\item[(1)] Four-component phonon gas system \item[(2)] Dirac-Schwindler extension of the Maxwell system \end{itemize}} Using the Fourier transformation and the eigenvalues of the matrix for the characteristic equation, the authors find conditions under which the behaviour of the solution (far enough from the boundary) is determined only by conservative and, possibly, several nonequilibrium variables, that have a physical interpretation, exist in terms of the block structure of the boundary conditions, and algebraic conditions for the parameters of the problem.
