In the paper, stability conditions are studied for a class of scalar linear differential equations with several variable delays and constant coefficients. A family of equations of the class is defined by the set of coefficients and maximum admissible values of delays. The conditions are obtained that are necessary and sufficient for the uniform or exponential stability of the trivial solutions of all equations of the family. The main novelness of the results is that different delays may have different boundaries.
