In this paper the authors mainly study the non-wandering dynamical systems with shadowing property. The main results are the existence of regularly recurrent points, sensitive almost 1-1 extensions of odometers and minimal systems with positive entropy. They also prove that transitive semi-distal systems with shadowing are minimal equicontinuous systems.
