The authors consider the third order nonlinear differential equation NEWLINE\[NEWLINE(a(t)(b(t)y'(t))')'+q(t)y^{\gamma}(\tau(t))=0 NEWLINE\]NEWLINE to develop some oscillation criteria. These results are achieved by transforming this equation into a first order delayed and advanced differential equation. Two examples along with a corollary are given for these new results.
