In this paper, the authors show that certain families of simple, closed curves on the boundary of a convex polyhedron, develop in the plane without overlap. They will be curves \(C\) which live on a cone, and satisfy particular conditions on the total surface angle incident to points of the curve at the left/right side of \(C\). The development is then made by cutting the cone along one of its generators and flattening it on the plane.
