This paper deals with a decomposed immersed interface method (IIM) to solve problems of steady state heat conduction in anisotropic multi-layered bodies. The authors apply this IIM in two layered and three layered bodies that contain one and two interfaces, respectively, and simulated temperature distribution in steady state. Computational results are discussed in graphical and tabular form. Computer programs on MATLAB--7.0 to solve these problems are presented.
