In this paper the authors consider a homogeneous isotropic two phase elastic medium and study the problem describing the quasistationary process where some equilibrium displacement field and an equilibrium phase distribution are realized under changes of the deviation of the temperature from a fixed value. The principal result of this paper is to find an explicit expression for the entropy of the two-phase medium.
