The finite groups whose \(p\)-Brauer character table, for \(p=2\) or \(p=3\), does not contain any zero are classified. As such, the analysis as done by the authors for \(p\geq 5\) [ibid. 340, No. 1, 104-113 (2011; Zbl 1253.20007)], has been made complete.NEWLINENEWLINE The eighteen lemmas, propositions and theorems in this paper require sometimes rather involved but ingenious arguments. There is much information hidden in the proofs. The contents provides several issues suited for related proposes. The paper centers around irreducible actions with relevant orbit properties.
