In this paper the authors consider the optimal harvesting problem for a stochastic logistic jump-difussion system with three different yield functions. They provide a new approach to solve the classical optimal harvesting problem. First, they study this problem with catch-per-unit-effort (CPUE) and then they study it for some more general systems.
