In this paper, a new general iterative approximation method is introduced. In their first main theorem (Theorem 3.1), using this iterative method, a strong convergence theorem for a countable family of multivalued mappings in reflexive Banach spaces is proved. In their second main theorem (Theorem 3.4), a strong convergence theorem for a general multivalued version of the modified Mann iteration has been proved. The main results extend various results of the current literature.
