Groupoid actions on fractafolds (Q401253)

In the paper it is given a contribution to analyze of fractals associated to iterated function systems \((F_1 ,\ldots, F_N )\) and to study the associated \(C^*\)-algebras arising from the dynamics. The main part of the paper is Section 2. Here one finds some of the ground material and some general results about Renault-Deaconu groupoids. Section 3 contains useful results for the analysis of a fractafold bundle \(L\) and the asociated action groupoid \(\Tilde{\mathcal{G}}\). In the final Section 4 there are some examples to illustrate the theory.
