Let \(K\) be a field, and let \(G\) be a finitely generated torsion-free nilpotent group. A submonoid \(S\) of \(G\) determines a Krull order if and only if the semigroup algebra \(K[S]\) is a (non-commutative) Krull domain. The authors characterize the Krull domains arising in this way if \(G\) is nilpotent of class two.
