The authors consider a set of functional differential equations with impulses \[ D_H X=F(t,X_t),~X_{t_k^+}=I_k(X_{t_k}), \] where \(D_H\) is the Hukuhara derivative, \(F(t,X)\) is a set-valued functional. By applications of a comparison method sufficient stability conditions are obtained.
