In [``New examples of conformally constrained Willmore minimizers of explicit type'', Adv. Calc. Var. (to appear)], the authors proved that the flat constant mean curvature tori \(T_r\) minimize the Willmore energy in their conformal class in codimension one, that is \(T_r\) is close to the Clifford torus. In this paper the authors extend this results to arbitrary codimension.
