The authors examine the subharmonic response of a single-degree-of-freedom linear vibroimpact oscillator with a one-sided barrier under filtered Gaussian white noise. The mean square amplitude of the response is obtained on using the Zhuravlev transformation and stochastic averaging. Analytical results are verified by the use of direct numerical simulations.
