Summary: We provide geometric algorithms for checking the stability of matrix difference equations \(x_n = Ax_{n-m} + Bx_{n-k}\) with two delays \(m, k\) such that the matrix \(AB - BA\) is nilpotent. We give examples of how our results can be applied to the study of the stability of neural networks.
