The paper claims to prove the famous \textit{Jacobian Conjecture}. It is using a result from an earlier paper of the author [``La Conjecture Jacobienne'', Rend. Semin. Mat. Messina, Ser. II 21, No. 6, 175--179 (1999; Zbl 1006.14023)] which had a wrong proof with an irreparable error (lemma 2).NEWLINENEWLINEUnfortunately, the proof is wrong again.
