The authors present a new definition of the influences in product spaces of continuous random variables, that has a clear geometric meaning. They show that for the Gaussian measure and for a more general class of log-concave product measures called Boltzmann measures, their definition allows them to obtain analogs Kahn-Kalai-Linial (KKL) theorem and Russo-type formulas.
