On the dimension of the group of projective transformations of closed Randers and Riemannian manifolds (Q431439)

The paper contains a counterexample to Theorem 2 of [\textit{M. Rafie-Rad} and \textit{B. Rezaei}, SIGMA, Symmetry Integrability Geom. Methods Appl. 7, Paper 085, 12 p., (2011; Zbl 1243.53117)]. This theorem provides a statement about the dimension of the group of projective transformations of closed connected (\(n\geq3\))-dimensional Randers manifolds of constant flag curvature. V. S. Matveev constructs a Riemannian manifold of constant sectional curvature such that the dimension of its group of projective transformations contradicts the statement of the above cited theorem.
