Summary: We introduce a subclass \(\Sigma (A, B)\) (\(-1 \leq B < A \leq 1\)) of functions which are analytic in the punctured unit disk and meromorphically close-to-convex. We obtain some coefficients bounds and some argument and convolution properties for functions belonging to this class.
