    The authors introduce and study a generalization of algebraic compactness for modules, called \((m,n)\)-algebraically compactness, for some positive integers \(m\) and \(n\). Among other results, they show that a module is \((m,n)\)-algebraically compact if and only if it is \((m,n)\)-pure-injective.
