Summary: Motivated by a generalized derivative operator defined by the authors [Far East J. Math. Sci. (FJMS) 82, No. 1, 45--63 (2013; Zbl 1290.30010)] and the technique of differential subordination, several interesting properties of the operator \(\mathcal D^{m,b}_{\lambda_1,\lambda_2,\delta}\) are given.
