In the present paper the author continues the study of some classes of Abelian \(p\)-groups which extend the well known class of totally projective (simply presented) groups. These groups are constructed as extensions of countable groups by some groups which satisfy various projective conditions, but the class of these groups can be also characterized by other closure properties (e.g. Theorem 2.6).
