On a higher dimensional generalization of Seifert fibrations (Q492215)

The notion of generalised Seifert fibration is introduced and it is shown that the projections of certain Eschenburg 7-manifolds \(W^7_{\overline n}\), onto \(\mathbb{C} P^2\) define such fibrations. The author also defines the characteristic classes of the above mentioned fibrations corresponding to the generators of \(H^2(B(U(2)/\mathbb{Z}_{2n});\mathbb{Z})\).
