The authors consider the following nonlinear Love equation \(u_{tt} - u_{xx} - u_{xxtt} = f(x,t,u,u_t)\) in \(0<x<1\), \(t>0\). They propose a high -rder iterative scheme in order to obtain a convergent sequence of order \(N\) to a local weak solution of the initial boundary value problem. The article contains proofs of the existence and rate of convergence.
