The paper consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, the preliminary concepts and results are considered. Then, the congruence and quasiorder extension properties of an ordered algebra are defined and it is proved that if an algebra has only nullary or unary operations, then it has a quasiorder extension property. In Section 3, the congruence and quasiorder extension properties are described in the language of commutative diagrams. In Section 4, the strong extensive property of an ordered algebra is defined, and this concept is also described in terms of diagrams. In the final chapter, the connection with amalgamation and transferability properties are considered.
