In the paper under review, the authors give a characterization of the points which can be connected by geodesics by taking a globally hyperbolic spacetime endowed with a complete light-like Killing vector field and a complete Cauchy hypersurface. An important consequence is the geodesic connectedness of globally hyperbolic generalized plane waves with a complete Cauchy hypersurface.
