Professor Mikio Sato and microlocal analysis (Q533365)

This is a short but substantial report on the achievements of M. Sato in what is now known as microanalysis, which in fact he founded. The authors, who are important actors in the development of microanalysis, know the history of this development from the inside and thus the historical aspects -- but also the succinct exposition of the main ideas -- are extremely accurate and interesting.
