Homotopy decompositions of looped co-\(H\) spaces of low-rank (Q536060)

Serre's odd primary decomposition of the looped even spheres has been generalized by various authors. The most resent work is a functorial odd primary decomposition of a looped co-\(H\) space. In the paper under review, the authors study a product factor of the decomposition. It is shown that if \(Y\) is a co-\(H\) space of low-rank, then \(\Omega Y\) has \(\Omega \Sigma^k Y\) as a product factor for a sequence of \(k\) which admits an exponential growth.
