The author has presented a generalization of quotient maps which are product stable. In fact the author presents some properties of continuous functions which reflect different concepts of relative compactness. Several concepts are used from main stream general topology. The main result which appears with full proof is interesting. The author questions about the converse of the main result which will be probably more interesting
