The paper is concerned with the design and analysis of a non-Hermitian preconditioner, based on a skew-Hermitian splitting (HSS) for the iterative solution of the generalized saddle-point problem. The authors analyze the invertibility of the HSS-based constraint preconditioner and prove the convergence of the preconditioned iteration method.
