This paper under review is concerned with the spectral Dirichlet problem in a domain with a thin heavy edging amount to boundary strip of small width. The author is interested in establishing the localization of the principal eigenfunction near the corner of the edging, and announces also some open questions about the structure of spectra of problem. This is an interesting result and finds multiple applications; unfortunately, the statements are too long to be reproduced here.
