The authors investigate Gorenstein injective modules and dimension relative to a Wakamatsu tilting module. After some preparation, they give a characterization of \(\omega\)-Gorenstein injective dimension to be less than or equal to \(n\), where \(\omega\) is a Wakamatsu tilting module (Theorem 4.7). A few applications are done in Section 5.
